2. What should you expect?

  • You handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, candidate interviews, references check, …
  • You assure a great candidate experience by being in close contact with your hiring managers and having regular check-in’s with them on their expectations, questions, doubts and feedback.
  • You maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • You will take to lead on the HR-projects that interest you.
  • You look for creative options to build your candidate pipeline.
  • You follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • You act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
  • As a team player, you will work closely with other members of the HR team.

3. Who are you?

  • Education: you have a bachelor or master’s degree with an HR orientation, or equivalent by experience.
  • Experience: you have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the second national language and English.
  • Communication skills: you can easily connect to people and express yourself in a confident, clear manner.
  • Advising: you can build up a strong partnership with your clients and fully support them in their HR approach.
