2. What should you expect?

As an HR Consultant at Weevo hr, you will have the opportunity to apply your experience and expertise across a diverse range of clients, each with their own challenges and HR needs. Depending on your background, ambitions, and the project, you may contribute to:

  • Talent Acquisition: from sourcing to selection, conducting interviews, and advising hiring managers.
  • HR administration & Payroll support: ensuring accurate and high-quality payroll processing, personnel files, and HR processes.
  • HR advisory & HRBP support: acting as a sparring partner for managers on recruitment, internal mobility, and offboarding, providing hands-on or strategic HR advice.
  • Onboarding, Learning & Development, and Internal mobility: strengthening the client’s HR policy by implementing optimal processes and initiatives.
  • Process optimization & digitalization: actively contributing ideas for more efficient workflows, tools, and HR systems.
  • Data & reporting: translating HR data and trends into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Project work: from employer branding to retention, change management, or wellbeing initiatives; participating in projects that make a real impact.

In short: no two projects are the same; sometimes you work operationally, sometimes strategically. What they all have in common is that you make a difference for both clients and employees.

3. Who are you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition, HR advisory, HR administration, payroll, HR projects, etc.).
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French; English is a plus.
  • You easily build trust with candidates, employees, and clients.
  • You are professional, discreet, and persuasive in your communication.
  • You work in a structured way, maintain an overview, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • You are results-oriented and strive for quality in everything you do.
