HR Payroll Officer

2. What should you expect?

  • You are responsible for the payroll processing of blue & white collar workers.
  • You handle files such as time credit, parental leave etc. You answer employees’ questions about these topics in a timely and accurate manner.
  • You process the related personnel administration from a to z, handle social documents and follow up insurances.
  • You take care of all kinds of calculations and simulations in the field of year-end bonus, sector premiums, vacation pay, …
  • You are responsible for the monthly reporting regarding gross/net, effective rates, …
  • You are the business card of the payroll department and therefore the contact for all questions regarding social legislation, payroll, legal issues, etc.
  • You check on a regular basis whether contracts have been drawn up correctly and whether customer files have been entered correctly, so that remuneration and invoicing are carried out correctly.

3. Who are you?

  • Education: you possess a bachelor/master’s degree with an HR orientation, or equivalent by experience.
  • Experience: you have at least 2 years of experience in hard HR.
  • Language skills: you are fluent in Dutch or French and have a good knowledge of the second national language and English.
  • Analytical skills: you have strong analytical skills, are accurate, precise & have an eye for detail.
  • Values: your attitude reflects our core values: inspire passion, make a difference, build together, challenge today & keep growing.
  • You have a good knowledge of social legislation and are willing to train yourself to keep this up to date.
