HR Business Partner

Are you an HR professional who values diversity and wants to make an impact in a variety of organisations? Are you strategic in your thinking, pragmatic in your approach and able to adapt quickly to new environments? Do you want to use your expertise to help clients strengthen and develop their HR processes? Then Weevo hr is the ideal place for you as an HR Business Partner!

1. Who are we?

Weevo HR is an HR consulting company dedicated to helping companies grow through expert, tailored HR advice.

We partner with companies to strengthen every part of their HR scope, combining hands-on execution with advice that moves the business forward. We believe that people make the difference in every organization. That’s why we put just as much thought into the careers of our consultants as we do into our client solutions. We match consultants with assignments where they can use their strengths, take on new challenges and continue building their expertise.

At Weevo, that comes with a culture built on flexibility, teamwork, performance, growth and dedication. A place where consultants take ownership of their careers, while we create the opportunities, support and challenges to help them move forward. And because consultancy is never a solo job, we stay connected along the way, with our clients, with our consultants and with each other.

2. What should you expect?

As an HR Business Partner via Weevo hr, you are the strategic point of contact for all matters relating to human resources, policy and organisational development, always within the client’s context.

You will generally work on-site at the client’s premises (or in accordance with their remote working policy) and will follow their working arrangements, timetable and internal rules.

Your responsibilities may vary significantly from project to project. Depending on the client’s needs, you will be involved in the following tasks:

  • HR advice and support: you are the point of contact for staff and managers on all HR matters, whether relating to soft or hard HR.
  • HR processes and activities: you are responsible for recruitment, training, employment relations, organisational development, payroll and the administration of non-statutory benefits.
  • HR policy and procedures: you will develop and optimise existing HR practices and create new ones as part of a modern and sustainable approach to HR management.
  • Consultation and implementation: you will establish a structured consultation process with managers to implement, monitor and adjust HR initiatives.
  • Relations with social partners: you maintain contact with trade union representatives and staff, promoting transparency and cooperation.
  • ...

In short: every project offers new challenges and new learning opportunities. Sometimes the focus is more on strategic HR projects, sometimes on organisational development, process optimisation or providing temporary support to an HR team.

What all your assignments have in common is that you provide professional HR support, implement effective HR processes and contribute to the satisfaction of employees and managers.

3. Who are you?

  • Education: You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a specialisation in HR, or have equivalent experience.
  • Experience: You have between 3 and 8 years’ experience in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
  • Language skills: You are native Dutch or French and have a very good knowledge of the other national language as well as English.
  • Communication: You find it easy to connect with people and express yourself clearly and confidently.
  • Advice: You are able to build a strong partnership with your clients and fully support them in their HR approach.
  • You identify with our values: Inspire passion – Make a difference – Challenge today – Build together – Keep growing
