My story with weevo hr started with a promise, which I decided to trust. I was indeed eager to expand my scope of competence outside of hard HR and weevo hr made it a reality.
I took the right decision.
Now I am able to cover a large variety of HR competencies. Furthermore weevo hr made me grow to the position of Manager where I can have more impact on the development of our consultants and of weevo hr. This is my way to give back what I’ve received over the years.
Meanwhile I received the opportunity to learn and experience recruitment, HR project management, L&D management, social relations, … Additionally, I am also giving internal trainings on social legislation.
And more importantly, I’ve received the incredible chance to work and have fun with beautiful people both at clients and at weevo hr. This is the cherry on top of the delicious cake that is this company: people.
