Je cherchais une organisation ax\u00e9e sur le savoir et l\u2019expertise, un groupe de professionnels RH dont je pouvais apprendre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p>Souvent, dans un service RH interne, on n\u2019a que quelques coll\u00e8gues \u00e0 qui poser des questions. Et si eux n\u2019ont pas l\u2019expertise pour la situation sp\u00e9cifique sur laquelle tu travailles, tu dois souvent te d\u00e9brouiller seul(e).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p>En tant que consultante, tu peux alors t\u2019appuyer sur une \u00e9quipe de professionnels RH qui ont peut-\u00eatre justement cette expertise. Cela te permet d\u2019encore mieux accompagner ton client. Tu as donc toujours un filet de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 derri\u00e8re toi \ud83d\ude09 \u2013 tant pour les questions RH que pour ton d\u00e9veloppement personnel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"default__block container-fluid lg\">\n<p>Et ce dernier point, je l\u2019ai ressenti avant m\u00eame de commencer. Lors de mon entretien, j\u2019ai mentionn\u00e9 que tout ce qui touche \u00e0 l\u2019automatisation et aux RH Analytics m\u2019int\u00e9ressait beaucoup. Une semaine plus tard, je recevais une invitation pour une formation (d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9vue) sur les HR Analytics.
